• Title: Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Section 2.21 to establish a General Advertising Sign Relocation Procedure; amending the San Francisco Planning Code by amending Section 303 to add criteria for the Planning Commission's approval of a general advertising sign relocation site, amending Planning Code Section 604 to prohibit general advertising signs that have been removed from being replaced on the same site, adding Section 604.2 to require general advertising sign companies to maintain and submit to the City current inventories of their signs, and amending Sections 1005 and 1111.7 to prohibit the relocation of new general advertising signs to Historic Districts or Conservation Districts or on an historic property regulated by Articles 10 and 11 of the Planning Code; and adopting findings including environmental findings and findings of consistency with the Priority Policies of Planning Code Section 101.1 and the General Plan.
