Ordinance adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Mid-Market Redevelopment Project Area; approving and adopting findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and a Statement of Overriding Considerations for the Redevelopment Plan for the Mid-Market Redevelopment Project Area; adopting findings that the Mid-Market Redevelopment Plan and related documents are consistent with the City's General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of City Planning Code Section 101.1; adopting other findings pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law; and authorizing official acts in furtherance of this ordinance.
