Ordinance appropriating $7,401,000 in surplus revenues for salaries, fringe benefits, and capital projects at San Francisco General Hospital and $2,858,000 in surplus revenues for salaries and fringe benefits for Laguna Honda Hospital for a total of $10,259,000, appropriating $1,800,000 from PUC’s Mayor’s Energy Conservation Account for the SFGH Chiller and Generator project, and de-appropriating $740,000 in General Fund dollars from the SFGH Chiller and Generator capital project and re-appropriating $740,000 to the Service Building Seismic Retrofit capital project for the Public Health Department for fiscal year 2005-06.
