Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated August 30, 2005 (Case No. 2005.0399E), exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption [State CEQA Guidelines, Sections 15301 and 15303; Class Numbers 1 and 3], the proposed project involving the demolition of a vacant two-story, single-family residential building and the construction of a three-story with mezzanine, three-family residential building measuring approximately 6,000 gross-square-feet (gsf). The proposed project would include three off-street parking spaces in a surface level garage. The project site is a 3,437.5 square feet in size located at 869 North Point Street, Assessor's Block 0026, Lot 019B in the Russian Hill Neighborhood, within the RH-3 (Residential House District, Three-Family) zoning district and a 40-X Height and Bulk district.
