Stopping Haight Street at the south leg of Cole Street, making the west-most Cole Street T-intersection with Haight Street an all-way STOP.
PAINTED CROSSWALK - DELETE
Remove painted crosswalk crossing Haight Street at the north leg of Cole Street (to encourage pedestrian crossings at new all-way STOP).
