Title: Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated February 6, 2006 (Case No. 2005.0402E), exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption [State CEQA Guidelines, Sections 15301 and 15331], the proposed project at 2477-2479 Sutter Street. The proposal would convert an existing two-unit residential structure with ground-floor retail into a three-unit structure with three parking spaces by adding a 2,590-square foot horizontal and vertical addition and converting the retail space into a garage.
