Motion requesting the Legislative Analyst to review existing housing waiting lists and recommend legislative solutions to create one list of housing availability for rental and ownership opportunities. Please advise on: (1) additional programs and services that could be marketed to this group including eviction prevention, down payment assistance and mortgage pre-qualification; and (2) the appropriateness of prioritizing San Franciscans who have been displaced by evictions. Please also provide assistance in developing and drafting legislation.
