Resolution approving an in-kind agreement for the provision of a mid-block pathway and streetscape improvements to satisfy a portion of the developer's impact fee obligation relating to the 333 Fremont Street project; authorizing the acceptance of an easement for such mid-block pathway under the terms of the in-kind agreement; authorizing the Director of Property to execute documents, make certain modifications and take certain actions in furtherance of this resolution; and ratifying previous actions taken in connection therewith.
