Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated August 3, 2006 (Case No. 2006.0787E), exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption, Class 1 [CEQA State Guidelines, Section 15301(b)], the proposed project at 1 La Avanzada Street (aka 250 Palo Alto Avenue). The proposal would replace four existing small receive-only antennas and add a fifth such antenna to the fifth level of Sutro Tower, and add four receive-only antennas to the roof of the existing control building. The project site is located on Mount Sutro and is zoned RH-1(D) (Residential, House - One Family, Detached) and is within a 40-X Height and Bulk District.
