Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by John Curran against the City and County of San Francisco for $32,186; the lawsuit was filed on April 4, 2006 in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 450-899; entitled John Curran v. City and County of San Francisco, et al; other material terms of said settlement are that Curran will receive the equivalent of six (6) working days of sick leave with pay credits and eight (8) working days of vacation allowance credits.
