Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated June 14, 2006 (Case No. 2005.0156E), exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption, [State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15332], Class 32. The proposal to remove an existing eight-car off-street surface parking lot and demolish a 1,550-gross-square-foot (gsf) single-family residence at 2130 Golden Gate Avenue and construct an approximately 15,200-gsf structure and a 2,500-gsf underground garage located at 350 Masonic/2130 Golden Gate Avenues, Lots 29 and 11 in Assessor's Block No. 1149.
