Resolution authorizing the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) to accept and expend funds in the amount of $1,913,199 from the State Corrections Standards Authority (CSA), from funds made available under Senate Bill 736 – known as the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA) – for programs and approaches that have been demonstrated to be effective in reducing delinquency, for the period of July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007.
