Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Annual Appropriation Ordinance by adding Section 30.7, to appropriate revenues collected from special assessments for disbursement to the respective nonprofit owners' associations for administration of the three property and/or business-based business improvement districts established in San Francisco during Fiscal Year 2006-2007 (i.e., the Fillmore Jazz, Central Market, and Fisherman's Wharf Portside Community Benefit Districts), for authorized purposes.
