The proposal would demolish a vacant two-story, single-family residential building and construct a three-story with mezzanine, three-family residential building measuring approximately 6,000 gross-square-feet (gsf), and three off-street parking spaces in a surface level garage, located at 869 North Point Street (Assessor's Block 0026/Lot 019B) is 3,437.5 square feet in size and located in the Russian Hill Neighborhood.
