Title: Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated November 2, 2006(Case No. 2005.0399E), exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption, [State CEQA Guidelines, Section(s) 15301 and 15303; Class Number(s): 1 and 3].
