Title: Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated December 28, 2006 (Case No. 2006.0616E), exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption Class 32, [State Guidelines, Section 15332]. The proposal would construct an approximately 67,310 gross-square-foot (gsf) vertical addition to an existing 134,933 gsf, eight-story office building with ground floor retail uses, a partial 9th floor penthouse and an attached garage with approximately 70 off-street parking spaces. The vertical addition would fill in the 9th floor and add three new stories increasing the height of the building by 56 feet from 103'6" to 159'6", located at 120 Howard Street (Assessor's Block 3717, Lot 019). The project site is located within the C-3-O (Downtown Office) and the C-3-O(SD) (Downtown Office - Special Development) zoning district and within a 200-S height and bulk district.
