Hearing on the incongruent policy and procedure that prohibits SFPD from entering Housing Authority property as interpreted by the following agencies and administration: SFPD, SFPD Legal, the District Attorney's Office, the Office of the Mayor, and the Housing Authority, as it pertains to 602(o) Penal Code. All memorandum of understanding negotiated or proposed between the City and the Housing Authority allowing or disallowing SFPD entry is requested in advance of the hearing; All statistics that pertain to law enforcement action by the SFPD and processed by themselves or the District Attorney as it pertains to attempted arrests, arrests made, cases charged, filed, dropped and prosecuted between 2004 and 2006, is requested.
