Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH), Communicable Disease Control and Prevention Section to accept and expend retroactively a new grant in the amount of $133,662, from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the California Department of Health Services (CDHS), to fund pandemic influenza emergency preparedness activities and to enter into an agreement with the CDHS for the use of these funds; for the period of August 31, 2006 through August 30, 2007.
