Resolution approving and authorizing the Treasure Island Development Authority to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding appointing the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through the Office of the City Administrator, as its agent to provide services to carry out the day-to-day operations of the Treasure Island Development Authority and to provide oversight to the Treasure Island Project Office for the term beginning retroactively on July 1, 2006.
