Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Community Behavioral Health Services (DPH – CBHS) to accept and expend a new 24-month grant in the amount of $377,345, from the Mylan Settlement Fund (State of Connecticut, et al. v. Mylan Laboratories), to provide services for patients with anxiety disorders; for the period of June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2009.
