Ordinance amending Section 12.12 of the Park Code to increase fees at the Harding Park golf course by fifteen percent (15%); and to require the Recreation and Park Department to produce a mid-year report on the effect of the increase, and to prepare a three (3) year fiscal viability plan to substantially reduce the General Fund contribution to the golf program.
