Title: Ordinance amending Planning Code Section 304.5, Institutional Master Plans, to require a qualified health planner retained by the Department of Public Health to analyze the relationship between the City's long-term health care needs and facility planning for medical institutions as part of the Institutional Master Plan and revisions process; clarifying and updating the Institutional Master Plan process through minor changes to generally applicable institutional master plan requirements, making environmental findings, and making findings of consistency with the General Plan and priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
