Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department's determination that a project at 2462 - 27th Avenue (Building Permit Application No. 2005.10.14.5610, Case No. 2006.0378D) is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The proposal would remove the bedroom at the rear of the building and construct a three-story horizontal addition at the rear of the building and a one-story vertical addition. The vertical addition would set back 11' from the front building wall and measure 53' in depth. There will be a new roof deck built into the roof within the 11' front setback area on a single family dwelling, located in a RH-1 (Residential, House, One-Family) District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District (Assessor's Block 2399, Lot 026).
