Title: Charter amendment (Second Draft) to amend Sections 8A.102, 8A.106, 8A.107, 8A.112, and A8.404, to provide that: the Municipal Transportation Agency’s budget shall be subject to the City’s normal budget process; the Municipal Transportation Agency shall be subject to regulation by the Board of Supervisors; the Municipal Transportation Agency must comply with voter-approved ordinances; the Controller, rather than the Agency, shall administer the biennial municipal transportation quality review survey and study; the Director of Transportation may serve ex officio as the Parking Authority Executive Director; and, the salaries of platform employees and coach or bus operators shall be no less than, rather than no more than, the average of the two highest wage schedules for the same job classes in comparable transit systems.
