Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Colonial American Casualty and Surety Company and Competent Builders, Inc., against the City and County of San Francisco, for payment to the City of $450,000; the lawsuit was filed on October 9, 2002 in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. CGC 02-413272; entitled Division of Labor Standards Enforcement v. Colonial American Casualty and Surety Company, et al; other material terms of said settlement are payment by Competent Builders, Inc., and other parties, to Colonial American Casualty and Surety Company, and full releases among all parties.
