Resolution approving and authorizing the Director of Island Operations for the Treasure Island Development Authority to execute an amendment to the contract with Geomatrix Consultants, Inc. to extend the term retroactively through June 30, 2008, to modify the scope of services, and to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $180,000 for a new total amount not to exceed $1,259,000 for environmental consulting services.
