Hearing to discuss the removal of the trash receptacles at various locations in the Richmond District, how it has affected the small businesses and residents, requesting that the trash receptacles be replaced immediately to all locations including: 1) Park Presidio NW corner bus stop, 2) 15th Avenue NW corner in front of 711 and SW corner, 3) 16th Avenue SW corner, 4) 17th Avenue NE corner Geary Mall, NW corner, 5) 18th Avenue NE corner, SW and SE corners, 6) 19th Avenue NE, SE and NW corners, 7) 20th Avenue SE and NE corners, and 8) 21st AVenue NE.
