Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to (1) the decision of the Planning Commission by its Resolution No. 17445 adopted June 7, 2007, disapproving the proposal of the Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board to designate the U.C. Extension Center as a San Francisco Landmark on property located at 55 Laguna Street (formerly San Francisco State Teachers College); Lots 001, 001A in Assessor's Block 0857 and Lots 001, 002, and 003 in Assessor's Block 0870. (Appellants: Robert W. Cherny, Acting President, Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board filed on July 2, 2007 and F. Joseph Butler on behalf of the San Francisco Preservation Consortium filed on July 6, 2007.) or (2) designation by the Board of Supervisors of the U.C.
