Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to report of assessment costs submitted by the Director of Public Works for sidewalk and curb repairs that the Department performed pursuant to Public Works Code Section 707.1; authorizing that such charges be assessed as a tax lien; and authorizing other official acts in furtherance thereof.
