Motion requesting the Legislative Analyst to draft a model graffiti abatement program for implementation by the City and County of San Francisco; to research the efforts of other city and/or county municipalities directed toward graffiti abatement; including: outreach, programs, prevention and deterrence, penalties, fines and any or all related programs or efforts; to report back its findings to the Board of supervisors and provide a copy of its findings to the Graffitti Advisory Board.
