Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $97,660 from the Social Security Administration (SSA) to provide SSI application assistance to the chronically homeless and mentally ill in San Francisco and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of May 1, 2007 to April 30, 2008, which includes a sub-contract with the San Francisco Bar Association’s Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP) in the amount of $59,620 for the same time period.
