Ordinance repealing San Francisco Traffic Code Sections 3.1, 3.4, 3.5, 3.7, 3.14, 3.14.1, 7, 109, and 200, in their entirety, to eliminate definitions that conflict with or duplicate state law, and amending Section 3.16 to substitute the "Municipal Transportation Agency" for the "Department of Public Works."
