Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department adopted and issued on August 30, 2007, approving a Final Mitigated Negative Declaration (File Number 2005.0351E) for the proposed development at 700 Valencia Street. The proposal would demolish an existing vacant former used auto dealership and construct a five-story, 50 foot-tall mixed-use building of approximately 22,662 square feet containing nine dwelling units, nine parking spaces and one commercial unit. The project site is located at 700 Valencia Street, on the southwest corner of Valencia and 18th Streets in the Mission neighborhood (Assessor's Block 3588, Lot 001).
