Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH), to enter retroactively into an agreement in the amount of $37,906 with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), the primary contractor, to participate in a study to examine decisions to have high transmission-risk sex; study the efficacy of a prevention counseling intervention; and determine whether future episodes of unprotected sex are reduced, for the period of September 1, 2006 to August 31, 2007.
