Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated April 19, 2007, Case No. 2006.1415D, (Building Permit Application No. 2006.07.03.5586) is exempt from environmental review under Categorical Exemption, [State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 Class 1]. The proposal consists of adding two windows on the facade, removing a rear sun porch and adding a two-story rear addition at 2721 Pierce Street, Lot 006 in Assessor's Block 0560.
