Resolution extending by 30 days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on a proposed Ordinance that would amend Planning Code Sections 121.2 to move the Polk Street Neighborhood Commercial District from a 3,000 square foot use size limit to a 2,000 square foot size limit, and amend Section 723 to provide that commercial and institutional uses in the Polk Street Neighborhood Commercial District are permitted up to 1,999 square feet and allowed as a conditional use for 2,000 square feet and above; and making environmental findings and findings of consistence with the General Plan and priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
