Ordinance (1) amending the San Francisco Park Code to add sections 6.01.02 through 6.01.07 establishing time limits at the Marina Green off-street parking lots, exemptions, and related parking regulations, (2) making findings and imposing reporting requirements on the Recreation and Park Department, and (3) making findings required by the California Environmental Quality Act.
