Hearing to inquire into the adequacy of notice and due process surrounding the adoption of the new Wastewater Capacity Charge adopted by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission on March 22, 2005 (Resolution No. 05-0045), as it pertains to owners and developers whose application for an on-site permit was on file prior to the date of implementation of the revised wastewater capacity charge. Hearing participants shall include: SFPUC, Department of Building Inspection, SF Redevelopment Agency, Mayor's Office of Community Development, among others.
