Ordinance amending the San Francisco Police Code to add Article 42E, encompassing Sections 4200E.1 through 4200E.5, to prohibit motor fuel refiners and distributors from limiting the ability of service station dealers having franchise or supply agreements to purchase motor fuel from any location or through any vendor in the refiner’s wholesale network and to purchase alternative motor fuel from any source other than the refiner or distributor if the refiner or distributor is unable to provide the alternative motor fuel.
