Title: Resolution authorizing City and County officials to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding that (1) establishes procedures for application, allocation and distribution of Federal Urban Areas Security Initiative Program grant funds for fiscal year 2007 and future fiscal years, (2) continues an Urban Area Working Group with other Bay Area governmental entities, and (3) continues San Francisco as the primary grantee and fiscal agent for Urban Areas Security Initiative Program grant funds; further authorizing designated City and County officials to negotiate, execute and file on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco any and all agreements and documents and to take any other action necessary to apply for and receive grant funds under the Federal Urban Areas Security Initiatives Program.
