Resolution approving the settlement of the grievance (ERD No. 81-06-1465) filed by Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, Local 790 ("Union") on behalf of Grievant Victoria Sargent against the City and County of San Francisco for $133,751.52. Other material terms of said settlement is that Grievant and Union shall release all claims relating to Grievant's employment with the City and that Grievant shall be restricted from any future employment with the City.
