Hearing before the Public Safety Committee to receive a formal briefing on the recent oil spill on the San Francisco Bay, the City's response by the responsible departments and agencies including, but not limited to, Fire, Police, OES, & Health and to explore the feasibility and potential costs of the City establishing a program through or similar to NERT to train volunteers to respond to similar HazMat incidents in the future.
