Hearing to examine the response of the various agencies involved in the response to the oil spill, including the Coast Guard and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, and their coordination with City agencies, including the Department of Emergency Management. The hearing will further examine how response decisions were made and communicated to the relevant parties.
