Title: Resolution authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file on behalf of San Francisco, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any documents or take any actions necessary of obtain federal financial assistance provided by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and subgranted through the State of California under the Fiscal Year 2007 Public Safety Interoperable Communications (PSIC) Grant; and authorizing designated City and County officials to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with subrecipient jurisdictions (as enumerated by the Urban Areas Security Initiative Working Group) to distribute grant funds received; and authorizing the Department of Emergency Management to continue acting as primary fiscal agent for the distribution of the PSIC grant funds.
