Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (SAMHSA/CSAT) in the amount of $397,919 for the period of September 30, 2007 through September 29, 2008, and a subcontract with Asian and Pacific Islander Wellness Center for $318,619 for the same time period.
