Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Port Commission to accept and expend $1,900,000 in Carl Moyer Program grant funds from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District to fund the construction of a shoreside power facility for cruise ships at Pier 27 and authorizing the Executive Director of the Port to immediately execute any documents required for the implementation of this grant, including any letters of intent, amendments, augmentations or extensions thereof.
