Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by amending Sections 12B.2 and 12C.3 to prohibit contractors of the City and County of San Francisco from assisting in the enforcement of federal immigration law, except where required by applicable laws, and to add "place of birth" to the list of protected categories, and by adding Section 12C.01 to change the title of Chapter 12C to "Nondiscrimination in Business Establishments and Public Accommodations."
