Resolution authorizing the Airport Commission to enter into an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to accept and expend federal funds for the installation of in-line explosive detection baggage system improvements in Terminal One of the San Francisco International Airport for an approximate amount of 75% of the project cost, not to exceed $2,300,000.
