Resolution approving Amendment No. 7 to Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and ATC/Vancom, Inc., to extend the current contract for two years, through March 31, 2010; to augment the scope of work to implement the new debit card program; to lease up to 40 new vans to the Paratransit Broker for use in the Paratransit Program; and to increase the contract amount by $33,803,476, for a total contract amount not to exceed $191,825,015.
