Motion directing the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to negotiate with Milk, LLC and Groundswell Productions for the terms of access and use of the Board of Supervisors Chamber for set up and pre-lighting, filming, and clean-up (collectively “Filming Activity”), directing the Clerk of the Board to consult with the Executive Director of the Film Commission in ensuring that the terms of the Use Agreement between the City and Groundswell Productions are consistent with the City’s general practices with respect to filming on City property and that such Use Agreement includes any additional provisions necessary to ensure proper treatment and protection of the Board of Supervisors Chamber, establishing that such filming activity by Groundswell Productions shall not interfere with the business of the Board of Supervisors, and mandating that Groundswell Productions’ activity shall be subject to the special guidelines for use of the Board of Supervisors Chamber developed by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, in consultation with the City Architect, the Executive Director of the Film Commission and the City Attorney.
