Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) to accept and expend retroactively a new grant from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the amount of $418,225 to support the “National HIV Behavioral Surveillance” project, and to enter into a subcontract with the Public Health Foundation Enterprises (PHFE) in the amount of $53,723; for the period of January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.
